Joyce L. Klemann, 54, of Youngstown, died at home Tuesday, September 12, 2017.  The cause of death is pending.  She was born May 10, 1961 in Salem, the daughter of John and Mary (Smith) Randolph.

Joyce attended school in Carrollton and had worked as a licensed practical nurse.

Surviving are her mother, Mary St. John of Grantville, Pa.; a son, Matt Bernard of Florida; a sister, Jacquelyn Randolph of Townsend, Del.; and a brother, John F. Randolph of Grantville, Pa.  Preceding her in death are her father and a son, Zachary Frischorn.

Per her request, cremation is taking place.  There are no services or calling hours scheduled at this time.
