Howland – Thomas J. Wagoner passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland.
Thomas was born November 13, 1938 in Warren a son of the late Wayne J. and Sarah Hazel Stinger Wagoner.
Thomas retired from the printing business. He was a member of Howland United Methodist Church, and Old Erie Lodge #3 F&AM, where he served as the Master of the Lodge from 2004-2005. He was also a Scottish Rite 32nd Degree Mason.
Thomas enjoyed cabinetmaking, was a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America, and was a past Scout Master.
On November 25, 1960 Thomas was united into marriage with the former Marilyn R. Lipp.
He will be sadly missed by his wife; two sons: Brian Scott (Melissa) Wagoner of Howland, and Bradley Wayne Wagoner of Louisville, Kentucky; his daughter: Linda Susan (Brian) Barnhart of Cortland; his brother: W. Ray (Marilyn) Wagoner of Punta Gorda, Florida; nine grandchildren: Abby (Dave) McLain, Mark (Amanda) Wagoner, Emily and Jared Wagoner, Jonah, Sophia, Hailey, Liam, and Asher Barnhart; and one great granddaughter: Harper Rose McLain.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church Memorial Fund in Thomas’ name.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Howland United Methodist Church, 730 Howland-Wilson Rd. NE, Howland with Pastor Matt Darin officiating.
Masonic services will precede the memorial at the church.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services Wednesday at the church.
