Barbara A. Rambo, 75, of Mineral Ridge, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at home. She was born August 31, 1943 in Youngstown, the daughter of Matthew and Helen (Todi) Urbania, and had lived in the area most of her life.
A graduate of Howland High School, Barbara retired from Trumbull County Job and Family Services after thirty years of employment. A member for the Mineral Ridge Church of Christ, she enjoyed crochet, quilting, flowers, gardening, and cooking.
Fond memories of Barbara live on with her two daughters, Christine (Eric) Babcock of Mineral Ridge and Elaine Manusakis of Youngstown; two stepdaughters, Terri Ciminero of Youngstown and Paula Rambo of Indiana; a daughter-in-law, Nona Rambo of Mineral Ridge; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Mark of Vienna and Joseph (Darlene) Urbania of Akron.
Preceding her in death are her parents; her loving husband, Francis P. “Bill” Rambo, whom she married August 11, 1979 and who passed April 11, 2018; and a stepson, William Rambo.
Services are 4:00 pm Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, with Rev. Ron Blakeman officiating. Friends may call 2:00 to 4:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Her urn will be laid to rest at All Souls Cemetery at a later date.
