Brady W. Gizdic, 25, of Cortland, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 19, 2019 in his home. The Trumbull County Medical Examiner is investigating.
Brady was born March 6, 1994 in Sharon, Pennsylvania the beloved son of Jason D. Gizdic and Patricia C. Diehl.
He was a graduate of Lakeview High School and was currently working for Emerine’s Towing as a light service technician.
Brady enjoyed working on cars, computers and fishing.
He will be sadly missed by his wife the former Alana Reese; his father Jason D. (Diane) Gizdic of Cortland; his mother Patricia C. Diehl of Williamsfield; paternal grandparents Joseph (Reba) Gizdic of Greenville and Violet Gizdic of Niles; maternal grandmother Patricia Diehl of Greenville; his son Marshall W. Gizdic of Cortland; a step-brother Adam Sell of Cortland; his birth father Matt Sell of Cortland; by many aunts, uncles, cousins and by a host of friends.
Brady was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Jerry Diehl.
Family will receive friends on Monday, March 25, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.
Private Funeral Service will take place.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to either Akron Children’s Hospital 214 W. Bowery Street, Akron, Ohio 44308 or to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation 26 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
