Emma Louise Taylor

Warren – Emma Taylor “Louise”, 76, passed away on January 14, 2023, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, OH. She was born on September 28, 1946, in Warren Ohio to the late Paul Taylor and Maude Jarrett.

Louise was a resident of Warren all her life. She was a member of Monument of Faith Church of God in Christ. She worked at Eldorado Lounge, American Legion, Danny’s Bar, Cliffs Lounge, T and T Lounge, J&L Lounge, Ohio Lamp, and Elks Lodge 222 for over 40 years.  She was in the Bar Maids Club at Top Hatter, Daughters of Elks Lodge 222, and the Traveling 6 Club.

She enjoyed cooking, shopping, dancing, decorating, singing, plants and wearing rhinestone jewelry.

Louise is survived by her son, Keith Taylor (Letonja Taylor); daughter, Donna Nelson (Larry McNabb); brothers, Paul J. Taylor, and Jerold Taylor; sisters, Deborah King, Karen Washington, and Tara Williams; a Goddaughter, Anaiya Jones; thirteen grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Nathan King and sister, Charlene Haynes.

A funeral service will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Restoration Christina Fellowship Church at 760 Main Ave SW, Warren, Ohio 44483 with Pastor Joseph Walker Jr. officiating.  Family and friends may call one hour prior to service at the church.
