Karen Dawn Jarman, 75, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2021 at 6:05 p.m. at Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital following complications of COPD.
She was born on December 9, 1945, in New Castle, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late James W. and Doris J. Mohr Turner.
Karen was a 1964 graduate of Shenango High School.
Ms. Jarman retired in 2012 as a bus driver for the Howland Local School District.
She enjoyed music, dancing, traveling, reading, card games, and cooking. Most of all, she enjoyed time spent with her family.
Karen is survived by two daughters; Rhonda Sweitzer of Niles, and Laura (Bob) Langenfelder of Sandusky; a granddaughter Brittany (Michael) Keller; a grandson Josh (Courtney Clowers) Langenfelder; four great grandchildren Zane, Emma, Ellie, and Riverlyn; her brother William “Bim” Turner; several fur babies; two aunts; and a number of cousins and friends.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
In keeping with Karen’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
