Marie L Dugic Dye

WARREN – Marie Louise Dugic Dye 93 died at Windsor House Nursing Home on November 10, 2023. She was born August 13, 1930, in Newton Falls, Ohio, a daughter of the late Frank Dugic and Susan Blasko Dugic.

Marie attended school in Newton Falls. She was a member of St. Joseph Church where she married her husband Paul Dye on January 25, 1947.  They moved to Champion in 1962, residing there for over forty-five years and became parishioners of St. Williams Catholic Church.

Marie and Paul enjoyed their winters in Myrtle Beach, S.C.  They also liked traveling and residing in several other locations inside the county and out.  Family gatherings were always enjoyed.

She was a daughter, wife, mother, grandma and great grandma and will be missed by her son, Phillip Dye (Patti) of Champion, son in law, Michael Cimbanin of Champion, brother, Francis Dugic Jr. (Rita) of Newton Falls, seven grandchildren, Kristi Jo, Amanda, Jennifer, Kevin, Rachel, Kyle and Adam, twelve great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Dye, daughter, Nancy Cimbanin and two brothers, Robert Dugic and James Dugic.

Calling hours will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, November 20, 2023, at St. William Catholic Church, 5411 Mahoning Ave NW, Warren, Ohio 44483 where a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am. She will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery in Newton Falls following the service.
