Rhonda Sue Helmuth

BRISTOLVILLE – Rhonda Sue Helmuth, lifelong area resident, passed into the arms of her loving Saviour Sunday, February 14, 2021 at her home.  She was born February 2, 1965 in Warren, the daughter of Roger and Linda Sue (McClellan) Christlieb.

Rhonda graduated from Bristolville High School and Choffin School of Nursing before working as a licensed practical nurse, primarily for Dr. Naples for twenty-four years.  When she was younger, she had seven horses and also played softball.  She almost won a college scholarship for softball and played into her thirties.  When she was older, she traded her horses for an iron horse, aka a Harley-Davidson, and she loved to go riding 

Rhonda enjoyed hiking, and she made several trips out West with her family to go hiking.

An active member of Bristolville Free Will Baptist Church, she sang in “The Hope Trio” and loved spending time in church activities.

Most of all, Rhonda was all about family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Precious memories of Rhonda live on with her father, Roger Christlieb of Bristolville; her beloved husband of nearly twenty-five years, Edward E. Helmuth, whom she married August 2, 1996; three children: Jessica Scott (Brandon) of Toronto, Ohio, Andrea Molinatto of Champion, and Blaine Helmuth of Bristolville; four grandchildren: Keegan Scott, Rowan Scott, Anthony Vesa, and Addison Harkelroad; and one brother, Daniel Christlieb (Jen) of Bristolville.

Preceding her in death are her mother, Linda Sue Christlieb; and one brother, Paul Christlieb.

Services are 11:00 am Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Bristolville Free Will Baptist Church, 2087 State Route 88, Bristolville, with Pastor Kenneth Dodrill officiating.  Interment will follow at Sager Cemetery in Bristolville.  Friends may call 10:00 to 11:00 am Saturday at the church.
