for the life of Robert Lewis Hainesworth

WARREN - Robert Lewis Hainesworth was born July 11, 1955 in Warren, Ohio, the youngest of six children, to the Union of Squire and Mary Potter-Hainesworth (who have proceeded him in death).

Robert graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in June of 1973, in Warren, Ohio.  After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force (USAF) - Pittsburgh, PA and was stationed at Offett Air Force Base, (AFB) NE April 17, 1975.  He received an AF Good Conduct Medal and Longevity Service Ribbon (April 17, 1975—April 16, 1978) Robert transferred to Blytheville, Arkansas Air Force Base and also served at Dyess AFB Abilene, Texas. He was reassigned overseas to Okinawa, Japan where he specialized in Computer Programming. After serving 5 years, he received an honorable discharge on March 16, 1981 and relocated to Inglewood, California where he and his niece resided.

He was employed as a Computer Programmer for Host International, Inc. (A Marriott Company) in Santa Monica, CA. Robert also worked as a Stock Broker—Sales Assistant for Shearson-Lehman-Hutton (one of the largest investment firms in the US) in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. If you knew him, Robert was a computer wizard.

Robert returned home to Warren, Ohio and in 1993 was employed at Packard Electric Warren, Ohio and General Motors Lordstown, Ohio. Robert decided to return to school, attending Kent State University to further his education.

Robert enjoyed traveling to the Bahamas, Taekwondo, playing his guitar and sat up late nights on his computer. On June 28, 2020, our Heavenly Father called Robert home where he has met his Savior and joined his parents, sisters: one Elder sister who died at birth, Maryilyn and Hermione Hainesworth, and brothers: Squire and Wayne Hainesworth.
