Shirley R. Bradley, 68, was called to be home with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at 12:18 p.m. in the intensive care unit at Trumbull Regional Medical Center with her loving family at her side following an extended illness.
She was born September 21, 1953, in Warren the daughter of the late Richard Sr. and Vera LaVonda Mormon Crawley and was a lifelong area resident.
A 1971 graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School, Shirley worked in the Nutritional Service Department at Trumbull Memorial Hospital for more than 18 years.
She was a member of Union Baptist Church in Youngstown. Shirley enjoyed shopping, being with her family and friends and dancing. She also enjoyed cooking; and rooting for her Dallas Cowboys in particular Elliott Ezekiel “Zeke my man”!
Fond memories of Shirley will live on in her daughter Sharneta D. Bradley of Indianapolis, IN, her siblings, LaVonda Crawley of Warren, Pamela (Ashton) Stephens of McDonald, Eva (Richard) Rollison of Columbus, Patricia (Lawrence) Jones of Warren, Cynthia Crawley of Warren and Richard Crawley Jr. of Warren; her grandchildren Olin Bradley of Alabama, Michael Davis of Warren, and Jessica Currie of North Carolina; by her great grandchildren Jayliah Johnson and Kyshawn Miller; and by a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Besides her parents, Ms. Shirley was preceded in death by her son Ossie E. Bradley Jr. and by two brothers George Crawley and John Seay.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service in Union Baptist Church, 528 Lincoln Ave, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.
A Homegoing Celebration of Ms. Shirley R. Bradley will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the church.
Burial will take place in Pineview Memorial Park in Warren.
