Thomas M Deuble

Thomas M. Deuble, 61, of Warren, fell asleep in the Lord on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at 3:03 PM in the Intensive Care Unit of Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital.

He was born Friday, November 20, 1959, in Washington DC, the son of James and V. Claire Stewart Deuble.

Tom was a 1977 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and attended Kent State Trumbull Campus.

For nearly 40 years, Tom was employed as a machinist at Trumbull Press Products.

An avid Cleveland sports and Ohio State Buckeye fan, Tom enjoyed golfing, gardening and cooking.

He is survived by his wife of nine years the former Effie R. Gianoutsos, whom he married on February 26, 2012; his mother, Claire of Warren; his children Joseph (Teri) Deuble, James T. Deuble and Ashley (Michael) McCourt all of Warren; Effie’s children Suzanne Griffiths and Peter (Ashley) Zock of Warren; his grandchildren Vaughn (Erin) Deuble, Gabe Deuble, Rayden Deuble, Addison Deuble, Brenna Wolbert, Laci Kinter, Chase Kinter, and Mia Griffiths; and by a great grandson Jameson Deuble;  Tom is also survived by a brother John (Debbi) Deuble of Beauford, NC, a sister Sarah (Jeff) Bonner of Cortland; his nieces and nephew Lindsay, Emily, Kimberly and Christopher; and by his pet canine companion “Herman”.

Tom was preceded in death by his father and his mother-in-law Sylvia E. Gianoutsos.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

A Funeral Service with Fr. Constantine Valantasis officiating, will take place at 6:00 p.m. in the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made in Thomas’s name to the Philoptoches Society c/o St. Demetrios Hellenic Greek Orthodox Church, 429 High St NE, Warren, Ohio 44481.
